It stands out above all for its lightness (weighs 70 g) and is mainly designed for slingshots. Oxdog Block is a torsionally stiff blade over its entire length – from the heel to the tip of the blade. It is quite unusual for the blade to be equally stiff along its entire length. Thanks to this, the block blade allows you to take hard shots like no other trowel. The Oxdog Block floorball blade is a pre-curved blade with a tip that is slightly pre-bent inwards and downwards. Block is an ideal blade that will make your shots really hard The backhand side of the blade is relatively straight. It turns up until the last third and the tip then turns inwards and downwards. This is great because you have plenty of room to shoot at the back and side. You can use quite a lot of blade area. Block is therefore ideal for playing with the backhand.The blade has a thicker lower frame for easy picking up of the ball, which improves your sweeper shot. Block is slightly (3°) undercut. The construction of the blade is predestined for an excellent sweeper shot, at the same time the stiffness of the blade gives you a super slap shot. The ball holds on to the trowel and moves in the pocket created by the concavity and pre-bending. Working with the ball is also improved by the material of the blade, which makes it smooth and the ball does not bounce, but at the same time retains great shooting characteristics.
